Multiple Awning Jobs
While cleaning awnings & canopies over the last 15 years. I have perfected,
with the customer in mind, a safe & effective method of cleaning canopies.
Key Benefits
1) Three to four light cleanings per year, instead of
one big cleaning per year that would require a higher ratio of soap and in return
will prematurely wear the material, threads, lettering, & color.
2) Lightly scrubbing the material with horsehair bristle brushes & a mild
soap to loosen all the dirt free from the material before pressure washing thus
enabling a lower pressure rinse instead of just relying on sprayed on
chemical and a high pressure cleaning which will prematurelywear
your canopy.
3) Using steam we use over 180 degree water in conjunction with our soap, just
like when washing your hands, car, & clothes. When you're using warmer water you can do a better
job. Yes, our machines create their own hot water, up to 280 degrees (steam). Most
other companies will not invest over $10,000 for their machines
4) We always clean the underside of the Awning or Canopy whether you have
screen, grating, or nothing at all. In order to do the job right you must clean
the inside material, bulbs, screen, grating, etc.
5) All surrounding areas around the job are rinsed. Brick, siding,
windows, etc. (windows cleaned with squeegee).
